Client Service Manager

 
We’re seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused mind to be a Client Service Manager on our Sales
and Client Service team.The position will collaborate with clients and internal teams to build, launch,
optimize and report on campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Managing specific customer accounts to ensure proper campaign execution of strategies, objectives, goals and targeted revenue generation
  • Working collaboratively with Clients, Sales, Product, Creative and Engineering teams to ensure all campaigns are built to meet clients KPIs and objectives
  • Facilitate and monitor production timelines and creative materials from agencies and/or advertisers to ensure creative milestones are met
  • Lead campaign fulfillment process from initial launch and weekly updates all the way through conclusion, analysis
  • Work closely to monitor, adjust and optimize campaign pacing and performance to ensure success and effective ROI
  • Handle all reporting, analysis and benchmarking of campaigns providing detailed weekly client updates and comprehensive post campaign wrap ups
  • Execute and maintain monthly billing process
  • Ensure client happiness and success while contributing towards quarterly and yearly sales goals

Requirements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to manage client relationships, develop and execute interactive campaigns, motivate team members and problem solve.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
  • Demonstrate passion for analysis of numbers and data
  • Ability to thrive, adjust, and handle large numbers of requests in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong understanding and passion for the digital advertising industry
  • 2+ years proven experience in account management, campaign management and/or agency industry
  • Positive entrepreneurial outlook with a track record of client campaign growth and success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • BA/BS in related field
